Overview
The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor supervises, plans, coordinates and directs the field maintenance of all wheeled, tracked, armament, power generation and utility equipment.
Job duties
- Serve as principal maintenance or operations NCO in maintenance battalion or higher level organization
- Supervise personnel performing the duties of: • 91A M1 Abrams Tank System Maintainer
- 91P Artillery Mechanic
- 91M Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Maintainer
- 91S Stryker Systems Maintainer
- 91X Maintenance Supervisor
Training
To qualify as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, candidates must have previously trained and served as: 91A M1 Abrams Tank System Maintainer 91M Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Maintainer 91P Artillery Mechanic 91X Maintenance Supervisor
